The Yacht Club Boat Parade 12/4 was not in good weather…it was rainy-cold-& windy; but we had a really great time. Fourteen boats participated (-all time record). The Fri Happy Hour had moved to Peg Legs & there was a wond-   5 erful deejay & dancing. Fleet Capt Ted Michals & his wife Rita plus Assistant Fleet Capt Ernie Taylor & wife Sam did a tremendous amt of work - and the event was delightful.   12/10 was the annual Dockside Restaurant noon Xmas party. Don’t forget to give Rich Combes your $35/membership dues –or you’ll pay a $10 reinstatement fee assessed after Jan 31.The Commodore’s Ball is Jan 23. You’ll get your announcement VERY soon. The cost is $65/pp for dinner AND the fabulous band TARGET! Get your check to Rick Raible before Jan 17th. It will take place at the Beach Club Pavilion.  Exec Chef Vagn Nielsen from Proof of the Pudding in Atlanta will be personally creating & preparing the dinner.
