Tennis – Exciting month for tennis players. Beginning of the month watched Nadal cream Federer at the finals of the French Open; middle of the month watched Nadal beat Djokovic when he won his first grass-court title at the Queen’s Club. I’m looking forward to watching Wimbledon (where Federer has won the last 5 yrs) from June 23rd to July 5th. Then the US Open begins the 25th of Aug till Sept 7th. Meanwhile, OUR Fripp courts have been busy! And, there’s a correction from last month (I received the wrong information) – the winners of the Women’s Doubles for the Club Championship was Scakany/Hunter REALLY beating Haught/Anderson.
