Golf -The Member/Guest Tournament is 5/8-10th. A Shootout for Flight Winners &Wildcard Team following last match on Sat. It includes Heavy Hors D’oevres Thurs evening, Cocktail Cruise Sat evening (ladies), lunch Sat and Dinner at the B.C.Pavilion & awards presentation & dancing. Our ACF Chefs of the Low Country Tourney is 5/5 at Ocean Point plus the Cinco De Mayo Recepetion. The Fireman’s Frolic is Thurs, May 1st ($15) & hope to see you there (they need your support + we donated some door-prize gifts. For the 2008 Ladies Forsythe Cup, Fripp is leading (10½), Dataw (9½), Cat-SC National (8), Callawassie (5) & Lady’s Isl 3). The 4/20 Verizon Heritage on Hilton Head Island (attended by many from here) had Boo Weekley successfully defend-ing his title with a -15 win. Baddeley & Kim each had -12. For the annual Augusta Nat Golf Club Masters on 4/13, Trevor Immelsen won -8, & Tiger Woods was second -5.
