We boast of a business center in the Olympic Pool Village offering a fax center, copy machine, & DSL high speed internet service. We have approx 1900 homes & villas & will only have 2800 on completion. New & resale homes overlook a tidal creek, marsh or woods, a peaceful golf course, or waves crashing onto an empty beach.

Ocean Creek Golf Course (Davis Love III) 18-hole course with a 41/2 star Golf Digest rating!

Ocean Point Golf Course (George Cobb) 18-hole course with breathtaking beauty has 6 holes bordering the Atlantic! (Stats: 6590 yds, Par 72, rating 72.2; slope 129). Pro shops offer a variety of golf attire & equipment. Practice facilities are at both courses. The Wee Links program is for children ages 5-12. Experienced PGA pros give instructional programs, lessons & clinics.
Tennis:
A full program is available with Ladies Doubles, Stroke of the Day, Weekly Drills, Men's League, Adult Clinics, Mixed Doubles, Round-up doubles, and tournaments. Our head Tennis Pro, Troy McMullan is the best! There are 8 fast-dry Har-Tru granular courts & 2 lighted, hard surface courts.
Homeowners Association Dues 2006 = $757/yr. Resort Club Dues 2006 $20,000 one time initiation fee & $2214/yr for Family Social Dues.

Location: near the southern tip of SC, midway between Charleston & Savannah - just 19 miles east of historic Beaufort, 45 miles from Interstate 95, 300 miles from Atlanta, 120 miles from Augusta, 240 miles from Charlotte, & 145 miles from Columbia. If you're flying, we're close to the airports: Hilton Head = 55 miles, Charleston = 90 miles, Savannah = 65 miles, & Jacksonville FL = 195 miles.
To those interested in the active lifestyle in the above description, we have a sister island, Dataw Island, (which we also serve) just 7 miles east of Beaufort. It boasts of all the above EXCEPT there is no beach but it does have two 18-hole golf courses, a large tennis club, a community center with heated pool + outdoor pool, bike trails, a fantastic Marina, restaurants, etc. We would be happy to send you information on that island also.
