Golf – The weather turned out just great for the major Tournament this month – the Beaufort Charities Invitational Golf. Our son-in-law Eddie Bootle of Bootle Air and his partner Todd Stone (builder from Bft) won the first flight of the 2-man, 2-day best ball event (score of 119). Of 168 players, some came from as far away as Atlanta, but 90% were from Bft. Tiger Woods expects to be back playing (after arthroscopic knee surgery) at the US Open at Torrey Pines June 12-15th.
